I was a Medical Laboratory Technologist in Auckland and later became an Account Manager for a company that supplied Hospital and Laboratory equipment.

Together with my husband, Paul, I have developed a real passion for investing in real estate, and it was through this, and with the help of a good coach, that I was able to quit my job in 2007 and become a full time Mum to our daughter (who was less than two years old at the time).

Today we actively continue to grow our property portfolio. Our main strategies have been “No money down” deals, renovations, and lease options. Most of our investment properties are now in Auckland, but we have also bought and sold property as far away as Invercargill.
